Control Panel Fabrication

Systems Integrated approach to complete integration solutions includes the manufacturing of control panels for the utility and commercial applications we specialize in. Our dedicated group of mechanical and electrical engineering staff, along with technical craftsmen, build both custom and SI developed designs as part of the integration project or as a stand-alone product.

Our San Diego facility includes a 10,000 ft² UL 508 Certified control panel fabrication facility. The facility was built to meet the demands of fast response manufacturing with strict adherence to ‘quality first’ standards. Designed for production runs between one and 500 panels, we produce panels for various applications:

• Water Utility applications for reservoir, pressure reducing stations, pumping and booster stations, water treatment panels for all aspects of processes up to 100MG/day.
• Wastewater Utility applications including lift stations and all sewage treatment processes
• Substation panels for breaker and relay control as well as monitoring of voltages, currents, meters, IDEs.
• Hydroelectric panel designs for unit control, governor control and station service.
